Who owns the product of an arthouse? Of a manufacturing plant? Of a farm? The creators and/or owner of the algorithm own the product. If they use it to train with other artists creation, that is the same as taking inspiration. If they release the alg open source, then its the same as any product that makes things, the maintainer of that instance owns the production of anything created from it.
