- esrh 6y agoThe actual hills look really strong. The worst parts of it are the blocky background hills and the repetitive, sometimes glitchy trees. To be honest, I don't think it will be very long before all art we see is just computer generated in some twisted orwellian landscape.
- antoncohen 6y agoThey remind me of the randomly generated maps in Soldier of Fortune 2[1], lots of steep hills with trees sparsely placed around, and the occasional building. I think SOF2 did the steep hills to cut off viewable area to make rendering less intensive. I think that is also why the random maps tend to be very foggy.
