I don't see why I'd need Apple to tell my personal trainer I have a herniated disk. I can tell them myself, and I'm looking to be less locked into the Apple ecosystem, not more. If that's what they're doing (which I bet it's not), I'd consider it as a good sign that Apple has run out of good ideas.
