Not the first time US gov has violated US Constitution to spy on citizens.. People forget that the US President that first set a policy for this type of illegal behavior was Roosevelt leading up to WWII. Cable/Wireless companies were pressured by US Gov to record and copy cables sent by US citizens and to send those copies to the US government. Did not stop terrorism than will not stop it now..and yet 70 years later and no one has learned.
