I have my LG TVs hooked up so I can power on/off them via ethernet (with SimpleControl). Besides that their access to the internet is blocked on my firewall.

I have my LG TVs hooked up so I can power on/off them via ethernet (with SimpleControl). Besides that their access to the internet is blocked on my firewall. I don't want nor need "smart" features and I would have paid more for the same panel with fewer features.
