I think the cavalier attitude you have towards casual sexism and misogyny are actually part of the problem. I've never been scared of the dating scene because I can control myself and act like a civilized person - that means not being needlessly chauvinist or ogling women's "tits" while in confined spaces. Grow up. If you get called out for being unprofessional at work, you need to recognize that your lack of professionalism is the problem, not the people who notice it.
