I agree, if a minimum limit is posted. E.g., I remember on some highway it said max 75mph, and min 40mph. 65 in a 70 is just prudence though.

- mywittyname 6y ago65 in a 70 is doing an indicated 70 in a lot of cars. The speedos in most cars read high past 50mph or so. You can test this for yourself with a GPS app on your phone.
