What happens in cases like AWS where the Base salary is 170k and Bonus is in Millions of dollars - will the previous company only pay 85k and get away with it ?
- alwayseasy 6y agoBase salary is the basis unless the bonus is regular and even. At that point they can consider the argument of using base+bonus as the "normal pay".
- fgonzag 6y agoMost countries take your whole comp as your anual salary when being laid off.
