Hi HN,
A few months ago I was applying to internships and noticed that most online job applications are rather tedious and repetitive. They often involve creating an account, uploading your resume, and then copy and pasting different parts of your resume into a form (education, work history, skills, certifications, etc.). I assume this is done so that the hiring manager never actually needs to look at the uploaded resumes and to making automatic screening of candidates easier.
Some job search sites offer “Quick apply” where you fill out all of your information once and then apply to participating jobs with one click. However, the number of supported job applications is quite limited and there’s a good chance jobs you’re interested in won’t support the feature.
So that’s why I created Hoxly Jobs which offers universal quick apply to any job application available online.
