Unfortunately in my building (downtown, west of the river) my options are 750mbps from Xfinity or 10mbps from CenturyLink [1]... for the same price. I've been on Google Fiber for years and I worry it spoiled me. I wish there were more tenable options than Xfinity-which-definitely-isn't-Comcast.
