Which phenotype do you imagine has never been enslaved?
- mstrthrawy76 6y agoPrisoners in the US are effectively slaves. They were excluded from the abolition of slavery in the Thirteenth Amendment. It's why they don't have to be paid minimum wage. > Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
