Everything out of PARC in the 70s were solutions looking for a problem. Fuchsia, in my mind, has always been a research project. I find it weird all your counter examples were all consumer facing, when Google is trying to grow an enterprise cloud business and we are seeing a push for ARM in the cloud. Fuchsia could have datacenter impacts for Google internally.
