There is someone working recently on swarmlet (https://github.com/swarmlet/swarmlet https://github.com/swarmlet/swarmlet) - a Dokku inspired Docker swarm solution. Swarmlet seems to be very young and not production ready. Still, I am exited to see how this project will evolve with time.
