I always wonder why people have this second thought about these super complex and convoluted sneaky edge cases. Maybe I'm being naïve here, but I truly think that this will happen in less than the 1% of the candidates, there are just so many jobs offers to waisting the time on doing all that for a "chance" of trick one interview, which you might not even like the offer and then ending up rejecting anyways.
I think that you should work on these trust issues, the interview process is about hiring people not rejecting them.
