Why doesn't ARM understand that having a free graphics stack provides tons of business value for embedded systems?
- pjmlp 6y agoBecause they are getting big bucks from embedded vendors anyway. Also all embedded FOSS OSes use non-copyleft licenses (RTOS, Zephyr, NutX, mbed,...), Linux hardly matters to most of them. And the few that actually use it, aren't contributing to upstream anyway.
