- leetcrew 6y agoI kinda get the impression this isn't a serious comment, but this is an active area of research. you're best bet might be to see if any trials are being conducted near you and try to sign up. this way you're not doing anything illegal, and they might even pay you.

- tayo42 6y agoBuy them online, if you found hacker news, I'm sure you're smart enough to figure out how to do it safely Edit:forgot to mention mushroom spores are legal in most states, fun enough experiment to grow a personal dose
- h2odragon 6y agoGrowing mushrooms is a great variant of indoor gardening. Its worth the effort to step up to pressure canning gear but it isn't necessary for good results. Even total failures are interestingly colorful and "gee what's that" chances to meet new lifeforms.
