Well I don't think we should be making rules for protests. The risks with protests are exactly the same as the risks on public transport or visiting a coffee shop. You risk coming into contact with someone who is infected. That's why the contact tracing is so important. If someone starts suggesting you should isolate simply for attending a rally then the obvious question is should you isolate if you visit a packed casino, or even the Republican National Convention?
