I just went through Blender Guru's donut tutorial and it is excellent as it covers a whole progression from learning the basic UI to modeling, sculpting, texturing, shading and even a touch of animation. For a change of pace, look at Ian Hubert's "lazy tutorials". Each one is only one minute long but simultaneously shows something amazing while making it seem like anybody could just pick up the tool and do it.
