Is power charging speed a parameter in the spec? I thought it was simply max current delivery, but if the charger can't handle that then it sounds like a charge

Is power charging speed a parameter in the spec? I thought it was simply max current delivery, but if the charger can't handle that then it sounds like a charge spec and not a USB issue? Where's the line?

It's part of the USB-PD specification. Some manufacturers still add proprietary extensions though, but in most cases the devices can still fast charge in other chargers.
