If anyone is interested, here's an interview with a human rights lawyer Robert Barnes, a man that has litigated wrongful death cases against police, and supreme court cases.
Very pertinent, internal take on the courts, BLM, Antifa, police, Covid, and current cases before the supreme court.

- lern_too_spel 6y ago"Human rights lawyer?" That's an "interesting" euphemism for a tax lawyer.
- jungletime 6y agoHe litigate a case of 8 1/2 month jailed pregnant women put in isolation. The without monitoring her. She woke up with a dead baby. Then the jailed doctored the records, pretending the baby died in the hospital. I think this qualifies.
- lern_too_spel 6y agoSource? His website certainly doesn't mention it. When I search for Shaye Marie Bear, the woman in the case you're talking about, Barnes does not show up.
- jungletime 6y agoHe talks about this case directly here.
