Or maybe something similar like an erroneous lookup in a database that actually contains his data, like somebody using production data in a database for testing purposes. This would explain orders of 14 pizzas at once, which may be a rare order size in production environments. However, the fact that he seems to know a second person affected by this makes it way more likely that this is in fact a personal attack.
