Russia would be dominated in a conventional war with the United States. The problem is Russia isn't spending it's 10% on conventional assets so a conventional war is extremely unlikely.
- remarkEon 6y agoI'm highly skeptical Russia would even seek a conventional war at all with the United States, but rather local reinforcement of their borders, national or ethnic, if a broader conflict broke out.
