My gut tells me that there's no financial incentive for the government to target them. I.E. telco lobbies
- game_the0ry 6y agoYes, lobbying is the root defect in the operating system of governance. This is what happens when business can buy legislative outcomes - Americans can't afford medicine when the rest of the world gets it cheaply.
