I had a sleep study done but was so uncomfortable I couldn't fall asleep...all the wires and crap. Waste of money.
- cachestash 6y agoSame happened to me. I felt pressured into sleeping and as a result, I could not sleep.
- PhantomGremlin 6y agoI was in the same situation, very hard for me to fall asleep. Finally the technician gave me a pill, perhaps Ambien. I fell asleep and they got the data they needed.
- SaintGhurka 6y agoSame for me. It took me 3 goes to get enough data for a diagnosis. Don't give up.
