I would, negotiate a deal now, if they don't stick to it at the time they allocate or take too long to allocate than you can always leave and make that clear from the start.
Unless you feel you have a better option...
- ericb 18y agoActually, leave or sue. If they make a deal and you have evidence of it, they have to stick to it and courts will enforce it.
