- haolez 6y agoI'd like to make a fan request: what do you think of this? https://riskfirst.org/ https://riskfirst.org/ I read this a few weeks ago and some things there made a lot of sense, but I still can't envision the whole development process with Risk First being a protagonist.
- fidrelity 6y agoHey! I also saw that page not long ago on HN and I quite like it. I think under certain circumstances it makes sense to view software engineering processes mainly under the lense of risk. There are a few thoughts I have about this though: it reminds me of the saying that if your only tool is a hammer every problem looks like a nail. I think what it really is about is managing uncertainty and talking about risks is one of many tools for that.
