The Neo2 layout optimizes for this. Ebene (Layer) 3 has <>(){}[] directly under the strongest fingers. On layer 4 you can type arrows, del, backspace, enter, pgup/down, tab, esc and insert without moving your hand. Using it for several years now and every time i have to use qwertz i realise how far the keys i have to press in sequence are distanced from each other.
