Isn’t that the risk rent is supposed to ameliorate? Otherwise where is the risk of renting property that justifies a middleman?

      Holding properties isn't a business, its an asset of a business at best. The business is providing shelter as a service. Never thought i'd find a reddit style anti-landlord on HN.
