- ip26 6y agoWhich is all the more reason to acknowledge it will happen and handle it directly, instead of waiting for a rogue actor.
- blacksmith_tb 6y agoPossibly, though we may lack the legal framework for that - if China or Russia or the US or India decide to do some geoengineering project that takes place entirely in their airspace / territorial waters, I am not sure what the international community can do?
