Ask HN: How to help local business advertise stock online?

I want to help my local businesses in my neighbourhood who are now starting to offer delivery services and do not have an online presence to show their stock (there are more than you might think). Examples include a Butcher, Fish mongers and a Nursery for plants. I am doing this pro bono so need to keep my costs down (will not be zero but close to). This doesn't need to be complicated, all I need is a domain that links to a series of pages, one for each store, where they can update their own stock. I was actually thinking something like Google Sheet, one sheet for each store and each store could maintain their own stock list. After advice on what off-the-shelf technology stack I can use to stitch this together with zero-code?
