I agree with this, there is no substitute for a "real" camera. However, I usually only have my phone on me, so, I decided to make that into a novelty selling point for my online store: https://finerpixels.com https://finerpixels.com The whole point is that I use a phone because the lower quality sensor adds a unique painting-like quality if you look close enough. I've made several large prints from phone photos and they look really aesthetic in fact. But it still takes an eye to get it right.
