You shouldn’t really call the German Author’s Rights Copyright, because it works dirfferently
- raverbashing 6y agoI think the term in English is "Moral Rights" (Urheberpersönlichkeitsrecht in German but for some weird reason they're apparently different)
- BjoernKW 6y agoThe legal system is different. However, copyright is the closest common law approximation.
