- huhtenberg 6y agoThe restaurant then should ask what number the customer was calling and offer a callback if it wasn't a direct call.
- nmeofthestate 6y agoThat's presumably against the terms of service they agreed when they decided to work with GrubHub. The real fix would be for the restaurant to stop using GrubHub. Unless I'm really misunderstanding what's going on here.
