Personally, I find social media to be very problematic. I strongly dislike facebook, twitter, etc. for how they are affecting the way so many people think. It's not because of their business models, it's because I think their product is fundamentally bad for people. That line of reasoning doesn't lead to any opinion of google, apple, amazon (except youtube, which has some of the problems of social media).
