He almost certainly is financially independent. He likely made a ton of money contributing to the problem we have today... And it sounds like he's going invest that money into a censorship-oriented social media startup. This guy's experience at Facebook has taught him that free speech is the problem. His next startup sounds like Facebook's next multi-billion dollar acquisition.
