The article claims this was a report from scientists and doctors but the said report was a private opinion of an employee who published it on a multi-page document using the BMI (German Ministry) letterhead and the official communication channels. My opinion: Possibly it is the work of right wing channels who want to weaken the faith in the government and get more right-wing parties elected as they have always been trying to do. PS: This article is published by Russian propaganda platform. The only German news article I found on this was also published by RT (Moscow State News channel). The linked Der Spiegel articles are not related to this report but have been added to mislead and add credibility.
