    I think the question is about technologies that help to reduce the abuse of power, even if they don't prevent the abuse entirely.

    Sure are a lot to impose problems though, so it may be worth pondering what can be done. Doesn't have to shoot for uptopia, just raising the bar a bit would be enough of a goal to consider.

  Sousveillance. Does anyone honestly think that George Floyd's killer would have been charged if there wasn't a video recording from a bystander?
