I once loss most of my taste sense, and only could taste the sweet. It might seem like a cool thing, but it's annoying as hell. Everything tasted sweet. A nice beer turned into a disgusting carbonated drink. Eating a burger was like chewing mushy candy. I didn't feel like eating anything. Thankfully it only lasted a couple of weeks.
