Ah yes, the twin rebuttals of, "it's worse somewhere else, so workers shouldn't complain" and "it's not their problem to care about systemic issues".
No matter how bad it is elsewhere, Facebook employees have the right to try and improve their workplace.
- tinyhouse 6y agoI didn't say they shouldn't try and improve their workplace. My point is actually the opposite. They can try because they work at FB. In most other companies they wouldn't be able to even try.
