- john_alan 6y agoECC wasn’t developed by the NSA. Elliptic curves have been studied in mathematics for 150 years. Elliptic curve cryptography was introduced by Victor Miller and Neal Koblitz in 1985. The NSA just released some compromised tech using curves.
