I fully agree. Not only does Ally refund ATM withdrawals at banks in the US, but also at banks overseas. While slightly annoying to make deposits, it is worth it to not pay fees and to be able to get money anywhere. And like most banks now, they offer easy online bill pay for free.

Disagree about deposits actually - for me anyway it's way easier to put things in my mailbox than to drive to the bank.
