This is an odd complaint. Cut/paste on Linux has been broken for a long time (possibly it's a past problem now), but not for the key bindings (d'oh), rather, for programs using incompatible APIs/frameworks, causing copy/paste not to work all the time.
Even this, I think has been fixed, though, as I haven't been using a clipboard manager for a long time.
- yellowapple 6y agoI sometimes have issues with pasting screenshots into Rambox on my work laptop (it works most of the time, but sometimes it'll just inexplicably break, forcing me to paste the screenshot into a paint program first and then copy/paste into Rambox). Other than that, yeah, copy/paste ain't much of an issue. It's also really nice to be able to select text with my mouse and middle-click to paste (and it works across pretty much every non-game app I've used).
