- thejynxed 6y agoWell it doesn't help when the ostensible NATO allies barring the U.S. have never once met their full monetary or self-defense obligations. Obama of all people had to take a stick to Germany just to get them to raise their rate to 15% from 8% per annum when they are supposed to be paying 33% per annum.
