Each of the ones you listed fall into two camps - lack of evidence to disprove (e.g. JFK papers being sealed) or evidence available to support (Mass surveillance, Panama Papers). Flat earth, anti-vax, pizzagate have mountains of evidence to disprove them, but there are a worrying number of people who buy into them, and an entire cottage industry pushing them. See also 5G.
