What I'm yelling about is the assumption that all gay men do that, which was a statement they explicitly made. Ironically, that's exactly what your statement does. I don't know if it's cliche to quote the paradox of tolerance yet, but I can't stand by while people make ugly comments about my community under the guise of rationality.
