  Please don't break the site guidelines regardless of how bad another comment is. That only makes this place even worse. Also, please don't feed egregious comments by replying—a.k.a. please don't feed the trolls. That's also in the guidelines. Instead, flag the comment by clicking on its timestamp to go to its page, then clicking 'flag'. Other users did that and the comment was killed.
