Facebook IC4 is somewhere from 1-2 years of experience to a new grad who has some sort of resume that is considered to have something equivalent to 1-2 years of professional experience, for people who are curious. IC3 is most new grads, IC5 is a senior engineer. If it’s still the same as when I was there, most of their hiring is planned on a 6-monthly cycle, so it’s possible that around July 1 (the start of H2) they would open things up. But it’s also possible that with ad revenues looking bad in the short term, they might freeze hiring or drastically lower hiring for a longer period.
