Yes for full Windows 10 see https://github.com/WOA-Project/WOA-Deployer-Rpi https://github.com/WOA-Project/WOA-Deployer-Rpi although targetted for RPi3 some success with 4 has been had but currently RAM is limited to 1Gb slightly less exciting.
