I think you could argue the authority level difference between the president and Dr. Dre means something.
- mc32 6y agoYou know, the answer is yes and no. Yes the president has more legal authority and perhaps moral authority, and greater reach, but don’t underestimate the authority of people within their circles. Be it a J Gotti ot Suge Knight.
