I would love to explore someone else's library of notes. I really don't know how to take effective notes. When I start reading a new book I try to take notes but always end up just reading. The problem is that months after I can't remember much.
- noyesno 6y agoWrite your notes on the margins and once you finish the book, transfer the marginalia and relevant quotes to your note taking system of choice.
- pricci 6y agoThis is a good idea, the problem is that I use an e-reader. It has a keyboard but taking notes in it isn't really convenient.
